The 2017 – 2018 EAP program has ended.
The new EAP season begins October 1, 2018.
Please return to this site on October 1, 2018 to review the eligibility requirements, apply for EAP and upload your documents, or schedule an appointment. Appointments begin on November 5, 2018.
Households who were approved for EAP during the 2017-2018 season will receive an application packet in the mail during the month of October. This packet can be completed and mailed to the return address listed, uploaded on this site after October 1, dropped off at designated locations, or taken to an appointment.
Energy Assistance Program Overview
The energy assistance program (EAP) provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season. This is a HEATING program, and Summer Cool program (when funding is available).
