Marion County Energy Assistance Program

About the Program
The Marion County Low Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season. This is a HEATING program, and Summer Cool program (when funding is available).

The John Boner Neighborhood Center and many community organizations within Marion County are collaborating to deliver the 2020 -2021 Marion County Energy Assistance Program.

Beginning October 1, throughout Marion County, households will be able to pick up a paper EAP application.
